Hi, I'm Kaylyn.

And I'm a professional writer, editor, technical

project manager, and web developer.

About Me

My name is Kaylyn Cheatham Sigler, and I am currently seeking part-time and flexible remote editing or technical writing work.

I have a passion for education and for giving underserved people and women the opportunity for better education. In the past, I have volunteered for the Colorado P-TECH school, and for Tech Corps, but I am currently seeking new volunteer opportunities.

My Experience

I know how to use words in every form to add value to a product. I am also an inventor on a US Patent.

Technical writing

I manage a documentation team, and we write both high-level information targeted to people making a buying decision for their company and in-depth documentation targeted toward someone using the product.

Technical editing

I worked with authors from around the world to copy-edit and substantively edit technical white papers and blogs.

Blog & Email Newsletter Curation

I manage a team that established a long-term content marketing strategy and curates a monthly developer newsletter and blog posts based on that strategy.

User experience

I work with the designers to research and create intuitive user flows that are so easy to use that they don't actually require traditional documentation.
